Tough on the outside, with a great wide heart on the inside
After winning a communal cash prize at the Volvo Challenge Megiddo competition, in the Single-Speed category, nine members of the Single-Speed "Commune" (mini-forum), hosted at Tapuz website, joined forces and donated about 4 new mountain bikes, as well as helmets and water bottles with racks, to project Bikes-4-All.
These bikes were donated wholeheartedly, to be used by boys and girls without bikes of their own, in one of the clubs scheduled to be opened as part of the project. The Israel Cycling Federation, along with all the volunteers of project Bikes-4-All, would like to express their immense gratitude to the benevolent donors, who made it possible for some more kids to enjoy the great enhancement and fun that riding a bike can give you. Many thanks to: Yossi, Tamir, Shamai, Lior, Ilan, Yuval, Einav, and Guy. We would also like to thank the Matzman & Merutz chain of bicycle stores, for the generous discount offered by them for the purchase of the bikes!
